There are two principals of the Auckland based Property Fit Company. Joseph O’Reilly has over 20 years hospitality experience and assists with concept design and planning, client liaison, project management and on premise operations. Kevin Ross, is a licenced building practitioner with over 25 years in building design, construction and project management.

 

Joseph and Kevin first met when Kevin was contracted to build the Cardrona Speight's Alehouse in Mt Eden. Joseph was one of the owners and over a period of 16 years Kevin was involved in the design, build and refit of a number of Joseph's own Bar/Restaurants. Kevin was his main contractor on all occasions.
